Meet The Team

Haley began her nursing career in 2004 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNMC in 2008, followed by her Nurse Practitioner degree from Creighton University in 2016. With a clinical background in intensive care and cardiology, she found her passion in aesthetics while working at a plastic surgery center in 2010.

In 2018, Haley began pursuing advanced certifications in aesthetic medicine and continues to expand her expertise in skin health and wellness. Her artistic eye, love for skincare, and commitment to helping others feel confident led to the creation of Refyne Wellness and Aesthetics.

Outside the clinic, Haley enjoys spending time outdoors or at sporting events with her husband, Darryl, and their three children. 

Erica is a licensed aesthetician and registered nurse with a deep-rooted passion for skincare, wellness, and patient care. She began her journey in aesthetics in 2007, working in several spas before pursuing her nursing degree. In 2015, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences.

 

With a background primarily in pediatrics and labor & delivery, Erica eventually transitioned to a role in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), where she continued to deliver compassionate, expert care. Her love for aesthetics has remained constant throughout her career, and she enjoys educating others on skincare and promoting overall wellness.

 

Outside of work, Erica and her husband stay busy with their three boys. As a family, they love to travel, hike, and spend time with family
